Integration

LeadsOnline reporting, filed from the buy

Connect your shop's own LeadsOnline account and completed buys report themselves, seller ID and item photos included. Nothing to re-type and nothing to remember at closing.

Files on its own

Reporting runs in the background the moment a buy is completed. Nobody opens another site or types the seller's details a second time.

Photos go with it

Item photos upload with the filing. If any fail, you can resend just the photos from the buy.

A sandbox to learn in

Point the connection at the LeadsOnline sandbox while you set rates and train staff. Test filings are labelled as tests in the app.

Failures are visible

A filing that does not go through shows on the buy with the reason and a retry, so you find out the same day instead of at an audit.

Setup

Connected in an afternoon

You need a LeadsOnline account with API access. The rest is four fields in Settings.

  1. 01

    Connect the account

In Settings, enter your LeadsOnline store ID, API username, and password. Credentials are encrypted before they are stored.

  2. 02

    Map each counter

One shop or ten. Each location can report under its own LeadsOnline store ID, and anything left blank uses the default.

  3. 03

    Buy as usual

Scan the back of the seller's licence, price the piece, and pay out. The record is built by the buy itself.

  4. 04

    It reports itself

On completion the buy files, and the ticket number and time land on the buy for your records.

What gets sent

The filing carries the buy

Everything on the ticket comes from the buy you already recorded.

  • The seller's name, address, date of birth, and ID details from the licence scan

  • The item, its description, and what you paid

  • Item photos

  • The store ID that counter reports under, with the ticket number and time

Controls

What you can still decide

Reporting is automatic, not rigid.

Off for one buy

Turn reporting off for a buy that does not call for it, and submit it by hand later from the buy.

Do Not Buy at capture

Taking an ID runs a Do Not Buy check against LeadsOnline, before the buy is finished. A match flags that customer as high risk, on the buy and on their customer record.

Resale hold

You can sell the piece at the counter right away, and it goes up on the website when its hold is up. Set the hold per store, and release a piece early when you need to.

FAQ

LeadsOnline questions

Yes. Intake reports through your store's own account and credentials, so filings appear under your store.

Intake connects to your store's own LeadsOnline account. LeadsOnline is a trademark of its owner. Reporting requirements vary by jurisdiction, so confirm what your shop owes with your local agency. See how Intake compares with other systems on the comparison pages.
